Gokyo Ranjola Trek Itinerary

Day 1:  Arrive at Kathmandu Airport, meet the team on the ground before transferring to the your hotel, you can explore the streets of Kathmandu and enjoy it’s delights.

Day 2: Up early for a Half day guided sightseeing Kathmandu Valley tour. We visit the Stupas of Boudhanath and Swyamboudh. The Hindu templeof Pashpatinath and the city of Patan.

Day 3: Morning early flight to Lukla(2,800m), then trek to Phakding(2,600m - 3hours)

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar. (5-6hours)

Day 5: Namche acclimatisation. An acclimatisation walk is vitally important to help to avoid problems with high altitude. We walk to Syangboche and back, rest of your day is free to explore Namche.

Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Thame (4-hours). This is the birth place of Tenzing Norgay. Everest’s first summiteer along with Edmond Hillary in 1953.

Day 7: Thame to Lungdhen (6-7hours)

Day 8: Lungdhen to Gokyo (6-hours) via the Renjo La Pass (5360m). We get beautiful mountain views from the pass.

Day 9: Gokyo to Dragnag (2hours). Early morning rise to climbGokyo Ri. This affords beautiful views of Cho Oyu and Everest. After breakfast we head to Dragnag.

Day 10: Dragnag to Jongla (6-hours) via the Cho La Pass (5368m)

Day 11: Jongla to Lobuche (3-4hours)

Day 12: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (3hours). After lunch visit Everest Base Camp.

Day 13: Gorak Shep to Thukla (4hours). Early morning rise to climb Kala Patthar. We will get spectacular views of Everest, Khumbu Ice fall and much more.

Day 14: Thukla to Tengboche (5-6 hours)

Day 15: Tengboche to Namche Bazaar. (4-5hours)

Day 16: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (7-8hours)

Day 17: Flight back to Kathmandu, Complementary evening team meal.

Day 18. International flight home or onward journey.
